    Maria Rassiwalla Maria Rassiwalla founded Hosty along with her partners in 2018. Maria’s passion for simplifying the vacation home management experience comes from owning and managing multiple vacation homes herself.

    Maria co founded Hosty along with her partners in 2018. Maria’s passion for simplifying the vacation home management experience comes from owning and managing multiple vacation homes herself. She understands first-hand the need for a seamless and low touch service for vacation home owners that still ensures a great return on their investment,

    She currently she spends her time runnng Hosty and Three Point Interiors, her interior design company. Maria has a BFA from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. After many moves abroad and domestically she now calls Chicago home with her husband and two young children.

    Sabir Rassiwalla Sabir's experience comes from being in the Venture Capital arena, where he has spent a large portion of his career.

    Sabir's experience comes from being in the Venture Capital arena, where he has spent a large portion of his career. He quickly understood the unmet need of short term rental owners in the Chicago-land area who were looking for a dependable and affordable one-stop solution to management of their homes. He co-founded Hosty to address that need and ensure short term rental owners could maximize their revenue. Sabir currently works for Abbott Laboratories in their Strategic Venture Capital Group.

    Amit Kapur
    Chief Financial Officer

    Amit helped co-found Hosty in 2018. As a Real Estate Fund Executive, Amit quickly realized the premium that transient style bookings added to the normal rate of return achieved through traditional forms of rent. Utilizing his skillset in financial forecasting, deep understanding of geographic regions of real estate, property layout, and hurdle rate expectations, he realized that there was an untapped amount of wealth capturing opportunity left on the table for traditional investors.

    As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Amit Kapur has continuously leveraged optimal investment strategies and market opportunity to properly direct the company’s finances. He is responsible for overseeing the budget across all departments, updating key executives on investment initiatives, and reporting to the CEO and the Board with respect to the financial health and well-being of the company. He leads the financial vetting of all initiatives across The Anthos Group. Additionally, Amit uses his vision to structure financial systems that enable the company to optimize short-term success and long-term strategy.

    Prior to his CFO role, Amit founded and was the Chairman of Rama Group International (RGI), an industry disrupting Real Estate Private Equity fund that offers pro-rata profits to investors without the typical low correlated incentive structures such as sweat equity and management fees. In light of this disruption, RGI grew its fund size at a tremendous rate, while allowing its investor-base to earn industry leading rates, while offering full transparency, direct investor/fund success alignment and diligent operational cash flow without exorbitant costs to its pool of investors. With 17 years of experience in Real Estate Investment, he led a well-established team of officials that were responsible for the success of the company, including the exponential growth of finished homes and fundraising. Amit has maintained his focus at Rama Group International in fund procurement, due diligence and financial analysis.

    Amit completed his MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management, he has had successful tenures with both American Express and McGladrey & Pullen (Big Five Firms) in Tax Accounting and Auditing, respectively.

The rent includes the platform’s guest booking fee, housekeeping fee, state and local taxes and a non-refundable damage waiver fee so that the owner is not inconvenienced by any of these costs

23% COMMISSION
This unprecedented, industry leading rate includes all service fees and stocking of amenities. Cleaning fees are covered by guests.

We use cash apps to avoid Credit card FEES.
